Advances of research on toll-like receptors and chronic liver disease

研究发现Toll样受体(TLR)在慢性肝脏疾病的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。本文将对Toll样受体家族在病毒性肝病、酒精性及非酒精性肝病、自身免疫性肝病、肝纤维化及肝硬化等肝脏疾病发病机制中的研究概况予以介绍。

Along with the development of researches, it found that toll-like receptors played important roles in the pathogenic mechanism of chronic liver diseases. This article reviewed the advances of research on toll-like receptors and chronic liver diseases including viral liver diseases, alcoholic and non-alcoholic liver diseases, autoimmune liver diseases, hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis.
