摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定青钱柳中槲皮素和山柰素的含量测定方法。方法:Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(60:40);检测波长:360nm;柱温:30℃。结果:槲皮素和山柰素的回收率分别为100.4%、99.5%;线性范围分别为O.0258—0.645μg、0.0632~1.58μg。结论:该法结果准确,重复性好,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal. )lljin. Methods: The Kromasil C18 column (5 μm,250 × 4.6 ram) was used, with the mobile phase composed of methanol-0.4% H3PO4/water (60: 40) at 30℃. Detection wavelength was at 360 nm. Result: The quercetin and kaempferol had good linear ranges of 0. 025 8 - 0.645 μg and 0.063 2 - 1.58 μg, with spotting recovery of 100. 4% and 99. 5%, respectively. Conclusion: The result is accurate and the method can be used for quality control of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljin.
