摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定青钱柳中槲皮素和山柰素的含量测定方法。方法：Kromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-0．4％磷酸溶液（60：40）；检测波长：360nm；柱温：30℃。结果：槲皮素和山柰素的回收率分别为100．4％、99．5％；线性范围分别为O．0258—0．645μg、0．0632～1．58μg。结论：该法结果准确，重复性好，可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Cyclocarya paliurus（Batal. ）lljin. Methods： The Kromasil C18 column （5 μm,250 × 4.6 ram） was used, with the mobile phase composed of methanol-0.4% H3PO4/water （60： 40） at 30℃. Detection wavelength was at 360 nm. Result： The quercetin and kaempferol had good linear ranges of 0. 025 8 - 0.645 μg and 0.063 2 - 1.58 μg, with spotting recovery of 100. 4% and 99. 5%, respectively. Conclusion： The result is accurate and the method can be used for quality control of Cyclocarya paliurus （Batal.） Iljin.
