A Great Monument in Sinification of Marxism——To Celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the P.R.C

新中国60年,神州大地发生了翻天覆地的巨大变化。简单地说,60年分为前后两个"30年"。前"30年"为后"30年"奠定了根本政治前提和制度基础;后"30年"是前"30年"的历史延续、校正方向和创新性发展。60年的伟大成就创造了一系列重要的历史经验,就是以正确的路线和方针政策创造性地探索和回答了什么是马克思主义、怎样对待马克思主义,什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义,建设什么样的党、怎样建设党,实现什么样的发展、怎样发展等重大理论和实际问题。这些历史经验归结到一点,就是把马克思主义同中国具体实际相结合,走自己的路,建设中国特色社会主义。

Since the New China was established 60 years ago, our country has undergone earth - shaking changes. Simply speaking, the 60 years can be divided into two ＂30 years＂. The former ＂30 years＂ sets forth the radical political precondition and institutional basis for the latter; while the latter is the historical continuance, directional calibration and innovative development of the former. The great achievements made in the 60 years have created a series of important historical experiences. That is to say, through the correct routine and guideline, we have creatively explored and answered the important theoretical and practical questions, sucn as what is Marxism, how to treat Marxism, what is socialism, how to build socialism, what party should we build, how to build our party, what development should we realize, how to develop, and so on. To sum up these historical experiences into one point, we must combine Marxism with the actual situation of China and go our own way to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.
