摘要
目的探讨小肠损伤的早期诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2004年2月～2009年3月收治的小肠损伤90例的临床资料。结果本组治愈88例,死亡2例。死亡原因为感染性休克和多器官功能衰竭。结论早期确诊和手术治疗可以提高治愈率,减少并发症的发生率。仔细询问病史、全面的检查是早期确诊的关键。
Objective To study the early diagnosis of small bowel injury and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in February 2004 - 2009 admitted in March in the small intestine injury in the clinical data of 90 cases. Results Asked in the 88 cases were cured, 2 cases of death. Cause of death was septic shock and multiple organ failure. Conclusions Early diagnosis and surgical treatment can improve the cure rate and reduce the incidence of complications. Detail history, comprehensive examination one the keys to early diagnosis.
