摘要
根据抽水蓄能电站及冰蓄冷空调技术的特性,分析建立了两种蓄能调峰方式的初投资及调峰煤耗模型,并对其运行分析比较,得出了两种模式的适用范围,对促进我国的电力需求侧管理有重要的借鉴意义。
According to the characteristics of pumped storage power plants ,and ice-storage air conditioning,we have established models of their initial investment and energy consumption. Analysing models,we received the application of the models. That is important for promoting power demand side management in China.
