抑郁症患者健康教育效果评价

Effect evaluation of health education among patients with depression

摘要 目的了解抑郁症患者健康教育效果。方法70例抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组采取常规药物治疗,干预组采取健康教育及药物治疗相结合的方法,完成8周的治疗观察,于治疗前及治疗后2、4、8周末用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定临床疗效。结果治疗8周,干预组痊愈19例,显著进步13例,进步3例,无效1例;对照组分别为12例、10例、10例和3例,两组HAMD和HAMA的评分均显著降低(P<0.01),干预组减分率高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),存在统计学差异。结论针对抑郁症患者开展相应的健康教育,可提高治疗有效率。
