摘要
提出了一种新的二维断层图象层间插值方法。该方法将有向距离变换和二维形变理论应用于断层图象的层间插值,继而应用于三维重建。该插值方法有3个步骤。首先,计算目标形状的位置和方向;其次,计算目标形状的距离映射图,并进行形状变换,最后,用迭代法对目标的位置和方向进行线性插值,对形状进行非线性插值。文中给出该插值方法应用于模拟图象和MRI图象的形状插值和三维重建的结果。
We present a novel 2D metamophosis technique,which uses a distance map to link two shapes.There are three steps.Firstly,the position of a shape is calculated.Secondly,the shape is blended with a distance map.Finally an iterative process isused to linearly interpolate the positions and orientations,and nonlinearly interpolate the shapes using morphology.The proposed 2D metamorphosis technique is used for slice interpolation with MRI stack images.The result of shape blending and 3D surface displayingis given.
