Since the innovation and opening of door, Lao＇s electric power industry has developed very quickly. The electric power industry has become the outstanding issue and focus in Lao＇s social and economic development. However, The contradiction between supply and demand of Lao＇s electric power is still prominent. In order to alleviate the pressure, Lao has made the development plan of the electric power industry.
