能源问题不是一个单纯的经济问题，它是国家基本利益和国家安全的基础之一，是影响国家可持续发展及和平稳定的战略性问题，具有牵一发而动全身的意义。随着世界经济的快速发展和全球能源消费速度的加快，油气等矿物燃料的有限性和不可再生性、分布上的不均衡性等因素使能源成为经济发展最稀缺的资源。为获取能源、保障本国经济发展，世界能源消费大国在世界范围内展开了激烈的争夺。

Since the ancient times the Central Asia is a vital area that connects Europe and Asia, being rich in oil and gas resources here, it causes high attention from countries and the organizations which are short of energy, and the Central Asia becomes the spotlight of competition. As the closest neighbor of Central Asia, China should positively participate in the energy development under the geographical and economic development superiority. This paper analyzes the games between the Central Asian nations and countries with high energy consumption and competition among the Central Asian nations, then proposes China＇s energy strateav.
