广西北部湾经济区环境承载力预警系统研究

On the Development Ideas of the Heavy Chemical Industry in Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone Based on the Regional Environmental Carrying Capacity

随着广西北部湾经济区开发的大力推进，城市化和工业化水平不断提高，经济区的环境保护和生态建设势必面临较大的压力。如何在经济社会快速发展的同时，将生态环境质量保持在良好水平并保护好我国唯一的“洁海”，避免走“先污染后治理”的发展模式，实现经济、社会和环境的协调发展是当前经济区发展规划实施亟待解决的首要问题。

The reasonableness of regional economic scale depends on the environmental consequences of economic activities which is limited within the environmental carrying capacity. Environmental carrying capacity has become a regional economic impact of the constraints of sustainable development. In this paper, the author takes environmental carrying capacity as the key indicators of the coordinated development of the regional economy, measures the environmental carrying capacity of the Beibu Bay economic area, and finds out the reasonable scale and development ideas of the heavy chemical industry in this region.
