摘要
本研究以高科技组织中的工作团队作为研究对象,通过文献研究、问卷调查以及深度访谈的研究方法,利用SPSS 11.0统计软件,探索性地研究组织氛围中的创新、公平、支持、人际关系和员工身份认同等5个子氛围对团队有效性的影响作用机制。研究结果表明不同的团队组织氛围对团队的绩效、团队工作成员的满意度以及团队承诺具有不同的影响,同时,团队群体效能感在组织氛围与团队的有效性之间有一定的中介作用。
This study investigated the relationship between different team level organizational climates (OC) and team effectiveness (team performance, team members satisfaction and team commitment) and the mediating role of group efficacy. Survey data were collected from knowledge work teams in high-teeh organizations. Results indicated that OC in group domain was positively related with team performance and team members' satisfaction, and team commitment as well. Mediating effect of group efficacy has been found between the OC in self-domain and team performance.
