摘要 目的:观察蜂胶黄酮对果蝇寿命的影响及预防小鼠自由基损伤的作用。方法:①将果蝇随机分为5组,分别用不同浓度的药物培养基及维生素E进行培养。每24 h记录死亡果蝇数,统计各组果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命。测定果蝇匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性及丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)含量。②将小鼠随机分为6组,用D-半乳糖复制衰老模型,给予维生素E和不同浓度蜂胶黄酮,1个月后,检测小鼠脑组织SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:蜂胶黄酮可显著提高果蝇及小鼠体内SOD活性,降低体内MDA含量;延长果蝇平均寿命和最高寿命。结论:蜂胶黄酮通过有效清除自由基抑制或减轻机体组织和细胞的过氧化过程,起到延缓衰老的作用。 Objective: To observe the influence of propolis flavone on life spans in drosophila and explore its mechanism in protecting against injury induced by free radicals. Methods: (1)Drosophila were randomly divided into five groups and cultivated in medium contained with 83, 250 and 750 mg/kg propolis flavones and vitamin E, respectively. The number of dead drosophila was recorded every 24 hours, thus the average and maximum life span were calculated. At the same time the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) in drosophila homogenate were assayed. (2)Ninety mice were randomly divided into six groups. The aging rats induced by D-galactose were consecutively administered with 100, 200, 300 mg/kg propolis flavones and vitamin E during 30 days, respectively. One month later, The SOD activity and MDA content in brain homogenate were assayed. Results: Propolis flavone could significantly increase the SOD activity and decrease the MDA content in drosophila and mice, and prolong the average and maximum life span in drosophila. Conclusion: Propolis flavones inhibit or extenuate the peroxidation process by effectively eliminating free radicals, and possess an effect on delaying aging.
