摘要
目的:优选丹皮酚β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以包合物收率、包合率为评价指标,优选包合时间、包合温度、主客分子投料比,确定最佳包合条件。结果:最佳包合条件为:包合4.5 h,温度为60℃,主客投料比为10∶1。结论:优选的包合工艺条件可行。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process for Paeonol-β-eyclodextrin Inclusion Compound. Methods:An orthogonal design was employed. The yields of inclusion compound and inclusion rate were used as evaluation index. The inclusion process was chosen based on optimizing the inclusion time, inclusion temperature and the ratio ofβ-cyclodextrin to paeonol. Results: The optimum inclusion conditions were as follows: the inclusion time was 4.5 h, the inclusion temperature was 60℃, and the ratio ofβ-cyclodextrin to paeonol was 1 : 10 (g: g). Conclusion: The optimized inclusion process is feasible.
