摘要
目的研究航海环境应激反应对舰艇官兵血清蛋白的影响。方法检测176名舰艇官兵血清蛋白:c反应蛋白、类风湿因子、铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白、α1-抗胰蛋白酶、α1-酸性糖蛋白、触珠蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白,并按应激紧张程度分为A、B、C三组,其中A>B>C组,进行相关分析。结果长时间航海后,血清蛋白不再应激性升高,而较航海前呈现降低趋势,以AGP和AAT的改变较大,各组间也出现差异。结论不同工作环境对航海员影响程度不同,各类血清蛋白的降低提示航海员肝功能下降和疾病发生可能,长时间航行应适当补充营养,并给予肝功能保护。
Objective To study the effect of stress on serum protein levels in officers and men on naval ships. Methods One hundred and seventy-six officers and men on naval ships were divided in to 3 groups according to their stress. Their C-reaction protein (CRP), rheummatoid factors (RF), ceruloplasmin (CER), transferrin (TRF), AAT, M-acid glycoprotein (AGP), Hep, renal binding protein (Rtp), prealbuim (PRE), albuim (Alb), were detected and analyzed. Results Protein had a trend to decrease after a long navigation and its level was different in different groups of officers and men: Conclusion The effect of different work environments is different on the serum protein levels in officers and men on naval ships. Decreased serum protein levels indicate decreased liver function and the risk of developing some diseases. Additional nutrition should be provided for the officers and men on naval ships during navigation and their liver should be well protected
