血脂水平与静脉血栓形成关系的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of plasma lipid level and venous thrombosis

目的系统评价血脂水平与静脉血栓形成的关系。方法采用专用软件Review Manager4.2对国内外10篇关于血脂水平与静脉血栓形成相关文献的随机对照研究结果进行Meta分析。结果静脉血栓病例组血高密度脂蛋白浓度低于对照组(P<0.00001),有统计学意义;血甘油三酯浓度高于对照组(P<0.00001),有统计学意义;血总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白浓度与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论血脂异常是静脉血栓形成的一种危险因素。

Objective To systematically evaluate the relation between plasma lipid level and venous thrombosis. Methods A metaanalysis of 10 papers on random control study about the effect of plasma lipid level on venous thrombosis was carried out using Review Manager4.2. Results The plasma high-density lipoprotein level was higher in case group than in control group （P〈0.000 01）, triglyceride level was lower in case group than in control group （P〈0.000 01）, and there was no significant difference in plasma total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein level between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Dyslipidemia is a risk factor for venous thrombosis.
