CDK4表达变化在口腔癌预后中的意义

Change of CDK4 and its prognostic significance in oral cancer

目的探讨CDK4在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达变化与预后的关系。方法病理标本包括48例OSCC。所有病例均行外科手术治疗并分为两组:新辅助化疗24例及单纯手术24例。来源于诊断活检及外科手术的诊断用组织标本行CDK4蛋白免疫组化染色。标记指数(LI)为阳性细胞率,检测了活检与外科手术之间CDK4LI变化与生存之间的关系。结果在单纯手术组,CDK4LI的降低与良好的预后生存显著相关(P<0.005)。结论CDK4在OSCC中的表达变化可能具有预后意义。

Objective To investigate the change of CDK4 expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） and its prognostic significance. Methods Archival patbologieal specimens consisted of 48 cases of oral squamoas cell carcinoma. All the cases underwent surgical operations and were classified into 2 groups ： 24 cases with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and 24 cases with surgery alone. Histological specimens for diagnosis obtained from diagnostic biopsy and surgical operations underwent immanohistochemical staining for CDK4 protein. Labeling index （LI） was presented by the percentage of positive cells, and change of CDK4 LI between biopsy and surgical operations was examined for association with survival. Results Decrease of CDK4 LI significantly correlated with favorable survival outcome in the cases with surgery alone （ P 〈 0.005 ）. Conclusion The change of CDK4 expression may have prognostic significance in OSCC.
