光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察外用盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及护理。方法经醋酸白试验确诊的外生殖器及肛周尖锐湿疣患者84例,盐酸氨基酮戊酸溶液湿敷病损部位3h,以波长635nm、能量密度100J/cm2的半导体激光照射,1周后判定疗效。根据需要可再做1~2次巩固治疗。随访3个月观察复发情况。结果总治愈率97.6%。3个月随访期内复发25例,复发率29.7%。结论外用盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法可有效治疗尖锐湿疣。 Objective To observe the effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid- photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) on genital warts and nursing of the patients. Methods Eighty-four condyloma acuminatum (CA) patients were treated with ALA-PDT. CA was confirmed in 84 patients. The lesions were compressed for 3 hours and irradiated with laser at the wavelength of 635nm and at energy density of 100J/m^2. The effect and side effect were observed after 1 week. The patints were followed up for 3 months to observe recurrence rate. Results After PDT, the healing rate of CA was 97.6%. CA recurred in 25 patients during the 3-month follow-up period with a recurrence rate of 29.7%. Conclusion ALA-PDT is an efficient treatment modality for CA.
