摘要
目的观察银杏叶提取物对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,为其临床上治疗心肌梗死等疾病,促进心功能恢复提供理论依据。方法白兔40只,随机分5组,每组8只,即假手术组,模型组,银杏叶提取物实验三组(20mg/kg组、50mg/kg组、100mg/kg组)。假手术组与模型组静脉注射等容积生理盐水。24h后行手术,结扎兔左冠状动脉前降支制备缺血再灌注模型,观察银杏叶提取物对兔血清肌酸磷酸激酶,心肌丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、肌酸激酶含量以及对心电图ST段的影响。结果1)模型组心肌组织中肌酸激酶、丙二醛含量与假手术组比较差异显著(P<0.01);银杏叶提取物三组肌酸激酶、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶、磷酸激酶与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。2)模型组ST段显著抬高,银杏叶提取物三组ST段抬高的程度呈下降趋势。结论银杏叶提取物对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有较强的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on rabbit myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into control group, model group, and three Ginkgo biloba extract decoction groups (8 in each group). Rabbits in control and model groups were given normal saline. Rabbits in three Ginkgo biloba extract decoction groups were given Ginkgo biloba extract at different doses (20mg/kg, 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg). A model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury was established by ligating the branch of left coronary artery. Serum phosphokinase (CPK) , malonic aldehyde (MDA) , superoxide dismutase (SOD), and creatine kinase (CK)levels in myocardium tissue were measured. The shape of ST segment on ECG was observed. Results The serum levels of CPK and MDA were significantly lower while the serum levels of CK and SOD were significantly higher in three Ginkgo biloba extract decoction groups than in the other two group (P 〈0. 01 ). The ST segment on ECG was elevated in model group, but showed a decreasing trend in three Ginkgo biloba extract decoction groups. Condusion Ginkgo biloba extract has a stronger protective effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
