摘要
目的探讨线粒体DNA调控区基因多态性与飞行员飞行耐力的关系。方法利用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)分析86例飞行员和80例普通人群线粒体调控区基因多态性。结果飞行员线粒体DNA调控区RFLP分布与普通人群有统计学差异。结论线粒体DNA调控区基因多态性可能在飞行员的飞行耐力中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the gene polymorphism of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) modulating region ( D loop) and the performance of pilots. Methods Gene polymorphism of the mtDNA D loop was assessed in 86 pilots and 80 healthy control subjects by PCR-RFLP. Results A statistical difference was found in the distribution of gene polymorphism between pilots and control subjects. Conclusion The mtDNA D loop plays an important role in the performance of pilots.
