马鞭草水提取物对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及免疫功能影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究马鞭草水提取物对H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法以H22荷瘤小鼠作为研究对象,用马鞭草的水提取物灌胃(32g/Kg),并设肿瘤对照和顺铂化疗对照,10d后检测动物的瘤重、体重、脾重、足跖绵羊红细胞迟发型超敏反应(SRBC-DTH)和血清溶血素水平(HA),计算体重变化、抑瘤率、脾指数。结果马鞭草水提取物及马鞭草水提物加化疗组肿瘤重量明显低于对照组,抑瘤率分别为40.3%和44.8%;马鞭草水提取物和马鞭草加化疗组动物体重增长明显低于肿瘤对照组;马鞭草加化疗组小鼠的脾指数、DTH、HA较对照组和顺铂组也明显降低;而单纯马鞭草水提取物对小鼠的DTH、HA水平无明显影响。结论单纯马鞭草水提取物可明显抑制荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤的生长,对荷瘤小鼠的体重增长有一定降低作用,而对荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能无明显损伤作用,但与化疗药物合用对机体免疫功能有损伤作用。 Objective To study the effect of water extract from European vebena on tumor and immunological functions of tumor-bearing H22 mice. Methods The mice were divided into control and cisplatin groups. The mice were given water extract from European vebena (32g/Kg) by gavage. Body weight, tumor weight, spleen weight, DTH, and HA were measured. Results The tumor weight and body weight were significantly lower in mice after treatment with water extract from European verbena and chemotherapy plus water extract from European verbena than in controls. The tumor inhibitory rate was 40.3% and 44.8%, respectively. The spleen index, DTH and HA were lower in mice after treatment with water extract from European verbena plus chemotherapy than in control and cisplatin groups. Conclusion Extract from European vebena inhibits tumor growth and reduce body weight, but does not impair the immunological function of tumor-bearing H22 mice. The immunological function is remarkably impaired when the extract is used in combination with chemotherapy.
