摘要 厦门中山路半步行商业街改造设计实践,引入"交通安宁化(traffic calm ing)"设计理念,采用多种新型交通规划设计方法和管理手段,限制车辆行驶的速度与流量,保持通行秩序,注重道路交通安全设计和街道环境的改善设计,改善购物环境,取得较好的效果,可供其他城市建设半步行街借鉴。 The practices of Zhongshan Road half- time pedestrian street improvement in Xiamen introduce the "Traffic calming" design idea. Take many new traffic planning and design method and management measures. Limit vehicle speed and volumes. Order the traffic flow. Enhance the business environment and achieve satisfactory results. The construction practice affords the experience to other city for reference.
