摘要
为避免基于速率控制的TCP友好拥塞控制策略在调整多媒体流的发送速率时变化波动较大的问题,提出一种新的改进策略——延迟预警算法,通过在发送端设置延迟预警信号,对TFRC流的发送速率进行调整,使其在与TCP流的竞争中变得更加平滑。仿真实验结果表明,该算法能够有效改善TFRC的性能,具有良好TCP友好性及速率平滑性。
In order to avoid the demerits of large fluctuation of the sending rate for TCP-Friendly Rate Control(TFRC) strategy, a novel improved strategy called delay prewarning algorithm is presented. The prewarning signal is set up at sender to adjust the sending rate adaptively, which makes the sending rate of TFRC flows more smooth when competing with TCP stream. Simulation experimental results show this algorithm can improve the performance of TFRC effectively, and has performance of TCP-friendly and rate smoothly.
