摘要
在转型社会背景下,有一定数量的领导者心理存在偏差现象。领导者心理偏差类型有信仰失落与道德失范型、心理失衡型、意志薄弱型和情感脆弱型。领导者心理偏差的影响因素主要有角色压力、结构压力、个人发展困境及心理宣泄和教育渠道的缺失等。为此要通过树立乐观的人生态度,缓解压力,自我调节,建立必要的社会心理支持系统等方法进行自我纠正。
Against the background of a transfer society, some leaders often make psychological errors. These errors are divided into the following types: a conviction and ethics loss type, a psychology unbalance type, a weak will and frailty type. These psychological errors result from the pressure of the roles leaders play, of the social complicated structure leaders are faced with, of the difficult position for their development and of a lack of channels for them to unbosom themselves and receive education. For that reason, leaders should take an optimistic attitude towards life, be good at defusing pressure and constantly regulate themselves with the help of the social system of psychological support.
