摘要
冬小麦花粉母细胞分裂期土壤干旱破坏了植株体内的水分平衡,使穗部受到水分胁迫,导致穗呼吸率下降,内源脱落酸水平升高,进而影响其他代谢活动,使穗分化不能顺利进行。这可能是造成结实率降低的主要原因。在本试验条件下,干旱时穗部没有发生营养亏缺,因而推测营养供应不是主要影响因素。
Soil drought during the meiosis period of winter wheat pollen mother cells destroys the water balances within the plants. These results in the spike water stress, decreases the spike respiratary rate, raises the level of endogenous abicsic acid, and affects other metabolic activities in wheat.Therefore,the spike differentiation cann't go on smoothly. Under the condition of this experiment, the nutrients in the spike part are not deficient, which indicates that the nutrient supply is not the main fact under soil drought to affect the grain numbers.
