碟片旋转床气液传质特性实验研究

Experimental Investigation on GasLiquid MassTransferPerformance in Rotating Bed Using Wave Form Disk Plate

通过实验研究了旋转填料床在采用同心环波纹碟片填料时的气液传质特性，并考察了板间距对传质系数的影响。实验结果表明，碟片填料的体积传质系数在相同操作条件下比文献报道的金属丝网多孔介质填料高０．９～１．５倍以上。

The gasliquid masstransfer performance in supergravity force rotating packedbed using wave form disk plate has been experimentally measured and the influence of pitch of disk packing is nalysed.It is shown that the volumetric masstransfer coefficient kLa in rotating packedbed using wave form disk plate is 0.9～1.5 times higher than that in the rotating packedbed with wire mesh under the same operating condition.
