摘要
通过实验研究了旋转填料床在采用同心环波纹碟片填料时的气液传质特性,并考察了板间距对传质系数的影响。实验结果表明,碟片填料的体积传质系数在相同操作条件下比文献报道的金属丝网多孔介质填料高0.9~1.5倍以上。
The gasliquid masstransfer performance in supergravity force rotating packedbed using wave form disk plate has been experimentally measured and the influence of pitch of disk packing is nalysed.It is shown that the volumetric masstransfer coefficient kLa in rotating packedbed using wave form disk plate is 0.9~1.5 times higher than that in the rotating packedbed with wire mesh under the same operating condition.
