摘要
针对综采机上车载断电仪与分站之间无法通信的难题,提出了采用无线智能模块建立无线通信的解决方案,详细阐述了系统的软、硬件设计。通过井下实验表明,作为有线通信的延伸,该无线智能模块系统具有较好的通信效果,实现井上对综采机工作状况的实时监测。
Aiming at the difficulty that the vehicle circuit breaker cannot communicate with sub-station, a design scheme using wireless intelligent module is proposed. The design method of software and hardware of the system is introduced in details. The experiment result in the mine shows that as an extension of wired commu- nication, this system composed of wireless intelligent module has a high communication quality, and can offer a reliable transmission for the data and monitor the condition of the fully mechanized mining machine in real time.
