和谐社会视野下农民政治参与权利问题的法律分析

农民政治参与对和谐社会的建设具有重要的积极作用,但现阶段我国农民政治参与存在着一些问题。为有效解决我国的农民政治参与在构建和谐社会过程中的问题,进一步促进社会实现民主法治、公平正义、安定有序,应当加强民主与法制建设,充分发挥新闻媒体的作用,主要在农民政治参与方面加大宣传力度,使农民能够清楚自己在政治参与方面的一些权利,从而提高农民行使政治参与权利的意识;改革和完善农民政治参与在程序方面的一些不足之处,以保障农民政治参与渠道的畅通。

Farmers participation into politics is of great significance for the construction of harmonious society, though with a lot of problems. In order to solve the problems and thus promote democracy, the practice of rule - by - law, fairness, stability and order, more strengths should be put on the improvement of democracy and legal system and make full use of news media to make clear to the farmers their rights in the political participation. And the procedure of farmers＇ participation into politics should be reformed and improved to ensure all the channels is clear and smooth.
