摘要
在空塔和填料塔的烟气入口前设置雾化喷淋保护装置作为事故降温保护装置,该装置喷嘴为扁平雾化结构,喷嘴在025~03MPa水压下,水雾面呈扁平的扇面形,喷射角度90°;每个喷头组件(四个喷嘴)安装在烟道的同一横截面上;每个喷头组件设有独立的给水管和阀门;在空塔前的喷淋装置,喷头组件材质为1Cr18Ni9Ti,在填料塔前的喷淋装置,喷头组件材质为玻璃钢或硬聚氯乙烯。整套装置采用联锁控制,实践证明,该装置是一种理想的、实用的事故应急保护装置。
Abstract The spraying device is set in gas entrance of empty tower and packed tower as a safeguard to lower temperature in accidents. The nozzle is of flat atomomization structure, which sprays water in flat fan shape with an angle of 90° at water pressure of 0 25~0 3 MPa. The spraying device has four nozzles installed in the same cross section of pipe and has respective water feeding pipe and valve. The spraying nozzles in gas entrance of empty tower are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and in gas entrance of packed tower are made of GFRP or rigid PVC. The interlock control is chosed for whole system. It'sproven that the spraying device is an ideal and practical safeguard in accidents.
