板式酸冷却器在我厂干吸工序中的使用情况

介绍了板式酸冷却器的结构、工艺参数和运行情况。在运行中，酸侧、水侧压力降明显上涨，在酸入口管道安装过滤器、冷却水进口管安装电子水处理仪后，压力降基本稳定。通过运用，发现板式酸冷却器具有简化工艺流程、结构紧凑、重量轻、易于检修、容易改变换热面积、便于回收废热等优点。

Abstract The construction,process parameters and operation of plate acid cooler are introduced. The pressure drop on acid side and water side increased obviously at the beginning, but became stable after a filter was installed in the inlet pipe of acid and an electronic water treater in the inlet pipe of water. It's found that plate acid cooler has advantages of simple process, compact construction,less weight, easy repairation, adjustable heat transfer area, and convenient recovering of waste heat.
