摘要 网络远程教育试点分为起步阶段、规划阶段和规范阶段。从2002年开始的规范管理阶段,为时过长,引人深思。中国远程教育应从规范走向创新,并做好协调与创新两大命题,实现实质性发展。此外,远程教育资源建设也大体经历了三个阶段,第三阶段应大力推动精品课程战略。最后,通过对参评课程与标准(评选指标体系)的差距分析,提炼课程建设的核心理念,进一步探讨推进精品课程建设的一些关键问题。 The piloting of online distance education can be divided into the initial stages, the planning stages and the management standardization stages, whereas the management standardization stage starting in 2002 is taking too long and worth deliberating. China's distance education must leave for innovation, and the two issues of coordination and innovation must be carefully handled. Besides, it's pointed out that the educational resource construction of distance education can also be divided into three stages, and the third stage should focus on the high quality course strategy. In the end, an analysis is made of the gap between the appraised courses and the evaluation standards, the core notions of course construction is abstracted and some key issues discussed.
