"学分银行"是建设学习型社会的有效措施,是远程教育改革和发展的方向。建设远程教育"学分银行",要把握"学分银行"的内涵与特性,正视并解决建设过程中选课制、教育资源、学分互认、转化体制与管理技术等方面存在的深层次问题。
'Credit Bank' is an effective method to build learning oriented society, and the trend of distance education reform and development. To build distance education credit bank, we should master its connotation and features, front and solve problems in course choosing mechanism, education resources, credit acknowledgement and conversion, and management techniques.
