培养和造就坚定的青年马克思主义者是关乎中国特色社会主义事业兴衰成败的一项战略性工程,也是高等学校义不容辞的政治责任和伟大使命。有必要从界定高校青年马克思主义者的内涵、特征以及建设高校青年马克思主义者培养长效机制的重要性和必要性入手,根据系统性、实效性、规范性和创新性的原则,对构建高校青年马克思主义者培养的长效机制进行探讨。

It is a strategic project concerning the success or failure of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to train and bring up firm youth Marxists. Also it is an unshirkable political responsibility and a great mission of the university. This article tries to define the meaning and the features of youth Marxist and discourses the importance and necessity of the construction of long-term mechanism of youth Marxist in university. Then according to the systematic, effective, normative and innovative principles, the article conducts an in-depth and systemic study on the construction of the long-term mechanism on cultivation of youth Marxists in university.
