摘要
本文对稻壳合成β-SiC晶须的工艺条件进行了研究,结果表明:温度、硅碳比对SiC晶须转化率有较大影响,Ar气流量的影响较小,在最佳工艺条件下,生成物中SiC晶须含量可达30%以上。并从理论上探讨了SiC晶须的生长机理。
Technological conditions for synthesis of β-SiC whiskers from rice hulls are studied in this paper. The experimental results have shown that the temperature and the ratio of Si to C have greater effect on the conversion rate of SiC whiskers, and Ar gas flow has less effect. Under the best technological conditions, the SiC whisker mass content can reach 30% or more. Besides, the growth mechanism of SiC whiskers is presented.
