传动系统试验台的直接转矩控制

摘要 以传动系统试验台为研究对象,在研究异步电动机直接转矩控制Direct Torque Con-trol(DTC)的基础上,提出在传动系统试验台上实现电机四象限工作的DTC过程,并用Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真实现。设计出的控制系统根据定子磁链状态矢量进行空间进行定位,通过对扭矩和磁通的简单继电式方式比较,配合开关选择表策略,成功实现了对异步电动机转矩和转速的直接转矩控制,为将DTC技术应用于传动系统电机智能控制的实际工程奠定了基础。 The transmission system test platform is studied. Based on the principle of direct torque control (DTC) for asynchronous machine, the process of the machine operating in four axis coordinates is proposed, and Matlab/simulink software is used for simulation analysis. The mathematic model of asynchronous motor is established under d-q coordinates for the designed DTC controller. Although the torque, flux and flux magnitude are all controlled by a hysteresis comparator. Based on the designed simple switch select table, the torque and the speed of asynchronous machine are controlled successfully, which make the DTC realization possible to improve the system performance and be applied to practice.
