摘要
休止角是回转率中描述物料运动特征的重要参数,提出一种基于图像处理技术的物料休止角测量方法。通过时窑内原始图像进行采集、区域分割、边缘提取、直线拟合等一系列处理,测量出休止角的大小。为验证该方法的可行性,对某氧化铝回转窑图像序列进行Matlab计算机仿真实验,测量出了休止角随时间变化的动态曲线,该曲线的周期特性正确地反映了物料在窑内的运动状况。研究结果为回转窑工况的判断提供了一种新的定量过程信息,为完善现有的回转窑生产过程监控系统提供了有力支持。
The angle of repose is one of the most important parameters describing the solids motion in rotary kilns. An image processing-based method is proposed to measure the repose angle by image sampling, region segmentation, edge detection and linear fitting. To verify this method, Matlab simulation is carried out using the image sequences taken from an alumina rotary kiln. The dynamic change of the repose angle with time is measured automatically using the image processing method. The profile of the repose angle shows a periodic feature, reflecting the motion behavior of the solids well. The result provides new quantitative process information for the rotary kiln, and it can be used to improve the monitoring and control system of the kiln process.
