摘要
目的寻找上消化道壁肌层小肿瘤安全、经济有效的内镜治疗方法。方法选择普通胃镜表现为表面光滑的隆起性病变疑似粘膜下肿物的患者进一步进行超声内镜检查,经超声内镜诊断为食管或胃肌层肿瘤且直径≤1.0cm者应用圈套结扎法治疗。结果35例患者术后3周复查胃镜肿瘤均已脱落,随访1年无一例复发。结论超声内镜辅助下应用圈套结扎法是上消化道壁肌层小肿瘤安全经济有效的治疗方法。
Objective： To evaluate ideal endoscopic therapy in the management of muscular tumors of upper digestive tract. Methods： Patients who were found to have a presumed submucosal tumor underwent endoscopy at our unit were all subjected to EUS, 35 patients who were diagnosed as muscular tumors （≤ 1.0 cm）of esophagus or stomach accepted the endoscopic band ligation. Result： 3 weeks after operation, endoscopic monitoring showed all muscular tumors were resected thoroughly. No recurrence occured after 1 year follow up. Conclusion： Endoscopic band ligation without cauterization is a safe and ideal therapy in resecting muscular tumors of upper digestive tract.
