摘要 目的:分析Topslane体部定位框架的定位准确性。方法:对31例胸部肿瘤患者应用Topslane体部定位框架进行定位,患者体表放置定位标记,CT扫描后经DICOM 3.0传输到治疗计划系统,分析体表参考标记物计算值和测量值的坐标偏差,确定体部定位框架的定位准确性。结果:Topslane体部定位框架定位准确性误差在±2 mm之内。结论:Topslane体部定位框架具有良好的机械性能,操作安全简便,是适形放疗中患者靶区定位和位置验证的辅助设备。 Objective: To evaluate the positioning accuracy of the Topslane body localization frame.Methods: 31 cases of chest tumor were immobilized using the Topslane body localization frame.Fiducial markers were deliberately placed on each patient's skin. CT images were transferred to TPS via DICOM 3.0.Calculated and measured coordinates of markers were compared.Results: The positioning accuracy of the Topslane body localization was found to be within±2 mm. Conclusion: The Topslane body localization frame has good mechanical property.It is simple for use in patient immobilization and setup verification.
