改革开放以来,社会结构以及经济、政治、文化生活发生了广泛而深刻的变化,相关矛盾开始凸显,党和国家政权面临合法性问题,对此,我们党展开了维护和拓展合法性的伟大实践。文章以改革开放30年来为背景,从大力发展生产力、民主化和法治化、维护社会公平正义和健全公共权力约束机制方面总结我们党在合法性构建中积累的基本经验,并在此基础上探讨当前维持和强化合法性的新路径。

Since the reform and open policy, the social structure as well as the economy, politics, the cultural life has had widespread and the deep transformation, and starts to highlight contradictory related, the party and the state power faced with the legitimacy crisis, regarding this, our party has launched the maintenance and the development legitimacy great practice.
