摘要
在体验经济时代,顾客更加注重个性化体验,酒店经营需要改变过去千篇一律的呆板形象,对硬件设施进行主题设计,同时在软件服务上提倡个性化,增强顾客的体验感、参与性,拉近顾客与酒店的情感距离,最终有效地提升酒店市场竞争力,获得最佳的经济效益。
In the experience economy times, the customers pay more attention to individuation experience, so hotel management need to change in the past stereotyped image, and design the subject about hardware facilities; at the same time, encourage individuation on the software maintenance, strengthen customers' experience feel, participation, pull close the emotion distance between the customers and the hotel; at last, advance effectively the competition of the hotel marketplace to get the optimum economic effect.
