摘要
选择BaO-SrO-TiO2-SiO2玻璃系统,采用特殊的定向析晶工艺,获得透明极性微晶玻璃.测定了材料的显微结构、光谱透过率等性能.研究结果表明:该透明微晶玻璃在波长为400nm—5μm区间内有较高的透过率,沿晶粒生长方向的压电常数d33为9.5×10-12C/N,二阶非线性光学系数χ(2)为1.2×10-13m/V.
The oriented crystallization in the system of 0.2BaO-1.8SrO-TiO 2-2.9SiO 2 was studied,and the transparent glass-ceramics were obtained by recrystalling from glass. The main crystal phase and the properties of the glass-ceramics were determined.The results show that the glass-ceramics have high transmission rate in the range of 400nm—5μm,the piezoelectric constant d 33 is 9.5×10 -12 C/N and the second_order nonlinear susceptibility χ (2) is 1.2×10 -13 m/V.
