灌浆湿磨细水泥粒径检测方法初探

Measurement of particle size for wet ground fine cement during grouting

研究了应用光透沉降粒度仪对湿磨细水泥进行粒径检测的原理、试验结果及影响检测精度的因素。结果表明：应用光透沉降粒度仪可以在灌浆施工现场检测到湿磨细水泥浆材中水泥颗粒的最大粒径、平均粒径以及粒径分布，并即时将结果打印出来，完全可以用于湿磨细水泥的粒径检测，从而在现场对出磨水泥细度进行监控。同时分析了影响湿磨水泥细度的因素。

The experimental research was made according to the granulometric principle on wet ground fine cement by optical sedimentation granulometer, and the factors which influence the particle size measurment were studied. The results show that with the help of the optical sedimentation granulometer, it is possible to measure the maximum and average particle size and the granulometry of the grouting wet ground fine cement on site, The measured data can be printed so the cement fineness can be easily monitored right after the mill. The influential factors on fineness of wet ground cement are also discussed.
