普通高校蛙泳速成教学法的实验研究

Study on Experimental Quick Teaching of Breaststroke in Colleges and Universities

当前普通高校在开展游泳教学时存在课时少、课堂学生人数多、教学场地不足等现实问题,为了快速提高学生蛙泳技能水平,实验采用"目标教学"、"分解教学"、"口诀语言教学"等一系列教学措施,并取得了较好的成效。

At present, more and more colleges and universities have carried out the swimming lessons. But there are some actual factors influence teaching effectiveness, such as fewer teaching sites, too many students etc. In order to let students master the breaststroke skills quickly, this paper used the teaching methods of ＂objectives teaching＂, ＂decomposition teaching＂ and ＂formula language teaching＂ etc. From the students＇ performance examination, we achieved better teaching results.
