摘要
微格教学为师范生教学技能的培训提供了现代化的教学手段。根据新课程的实施对教师培养的要求,分析了当前微格教学存在的问题,并提出了新课程下微格教学的培训模式,旨在为新课程的实施培养合格师资。
The microteaching has provided the modernized teaching means for teaching technics of normal students and teachers. This paper analyses the problems of the microteaching in present and proposes to trains pattern of the microteaching under new courses according to the demand towards the teachres, training in the implement of new courses, it has aimed at to train qualified teachers in new course.
