摘要
目的观察盐酸特拉唑嗪对代谢综合征大鼠模型血液流变学性质的影响。方法采用高脂饲料饮食和丙硫氧嘧啶建立代谢综合征模型,观察盐酸特拉唑嗪对模型大鼠血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖(Glu)、全血表观粘度(ηb)、全血还原粘度(ηre)、血浆粘度(ηP)、红细胞压积(Hct)、红细胞电泳率、红细胞的变形、取向、红细胞的聚集等生化指标和流变学特性的影响及动脉的病理改变。结果与对照组相比,高脂甲减组TC、TG、LDL-C、Glu、肝重、红细胞聚集指数、全血还原粘度明显增高,体重、HDL-C、红细胞的变形及取向指数、红细胞电泳率、全血表观粘度明显降低,动脉平滑肌下泡沫细胞明显增多;与高脂甲减组相比,药物干预组TC、TG、LDL-C、GIU、红细胞的聚集指数、全血还原粘度明显降低,而体重、HDL-C、红细胞变形及取向指数、红细胞电泳率明显升高,动脉平滑肌下泡沫细胞数量明显减少。结论盐酸特拉唑嗪能显著降低代谢综合征大鼠血糖血脂、动脉平滑肌下泡沫细胞的数量及改善其血液流变学特性。
Objective To investigate the effects ofterazosin on hemorheology of rats with metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods Establishing the model of MS with CCT diet (0.5% acid salt,4% cholesterol and 1% 2-thiouracil), and observe the effects ofterazosin on rheological characteristic including erythrocyte electrophoresis,deformation index,orientation index, aggregation index, η b,ηre, η p ,biochemical indicator including TC, TG, LDL-C, VLDL- C, HDL-C, Glu and the pathological alteration of artery.Result Compared with C-group, the weight of liver, TG, TC, LDL-C, Glu, ηp, η re,erythrocyte aggregation index,the number of foam cells from artery increase;while bodyweight of rats, HDL-C, Hct, erythrocyte orientation index,erythrocyte electrophoresis,deformation index decrease. Compared with H-group, TG, TC, LDL-C, Glu, η p,η re,erythrocyte aggregation index, the number of foam cells from artery decrease; while bodyweight, HDL-C, Hct, erythrocyte orientation index,erythrocyte electrophoresis, deformation increase.Conclusion Terazosin can decrease blood glucose and blood fat,improve rheological characteristic and decrease the number of foam cells of artery.
