丹参、川芎联合用药对冠心病患者红细胞流变性的影响

Effect of Combining Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine on Erythrocyte Rheology in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

摘要 目的观察丹参、川芎联合用药对冠心病患者红细胞流变性的影响,探讨丹参、川芎联合用药对冠心病的治疗效果及机制。方法将冠心病患者70例随机分为联合治疗组和常规治疗组,并选择30名健康人群作为对照组。联合治疗组使用丹参、川芎联合用药+常规治疗。观察并比较两组治疗前后、以及对照组红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(ROW)、红细胞变形性等红细胞流变学指标的变化。结果冠心病组治疗前表现为红细胞流变性异常,联合丹参、川芎治疗对冠心病患者有较好的治疗效果。治疗后联合治疗组较常规治疗明显降低患者的MCV及RDW值,降低了红细胞电泳时间,增加了红细胞电泳长度与迁移率,提高了红细胞变形性。结论联合丹参、川芎治疗对冠心病具有明显的疗效,其治疗机制与改善红细胞流变性异常有关。 Objective To observe the effect of combining salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine on erythrocyte rheo/ogy in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), and investigate its effectiveness and mechanism.Methods 70 patients with CAD were divided into combining treatment group(n=35) and routine treatment group (n=35), and the 30 healthly person was control group. In combining treatment group,the combination of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine and routine treatment was used.To measure the changes of indexes of mean corpuscular volume (MCV), red blood cell volume distribution width (RDW) and erythrocyte deformability were done in the therapeutic group before and after treatment and the control group.Results It showed that there was obvious abnormal rheology properties of erythrocyte in patients with CAD before treatment, and there was preferable treatment effect of combining salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine on patients with CAD.After treatment, the contents of MCV, RDW and electrophoresis time of erythrocyte in combining treatment group were obviously reduced than that of routine treatment group, and the electrophoresis length, erythrocyte migration and erythrocyte deformability were significantly higher compared with pre-treatment and routine treatment group.Conclusions The results suggested that combination of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine has a good curative effect on CAD and its mechanism might relate to abnormal erythrocyte rheology properties.
