摘要
目的探讨高血脂对血液流变学指标的影响。方法对5，135例体检者总胆固醇、甘油三酯及血液流变学指标的检测结果进行比较分析。结果血脂增高组与血脂正常组比较，血液流变学多项指标异常（P〈0．01，0．05）。结论血脂增高可引起血液流变学指标的异常。
Objective To study the change of hemorheological parameter in the persons with hyperlipideazmia. Method The measured results of total cholesterol,triglyceride in blood serum and hemorheological parameter in 5,135 cases of medical examination were compared and analyzed.Result The hemorheological parameters in the persons with hyperlipideazmia have several abnormalities compared with normal blood lipid person（P〈0.01,0.05）. Conclusion Increasing blood lipid can cause the hemorheological parameters abnormality.
