摘要
目的比较心脏磁共振(cMR1)与超声心动图(Echo)对左心室功能的评估价值。方法对20例冠心病患者进行cMRI和Echo检查,采用专业心功能分析软件(MASSV4.2)多层累积法和双平面Simpson法计算左心室收缩末期容积(EDV)、舒张末期容积(ESV)、每搏输出量(SV)以及左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果cMRI和Echo所测得的EDV,ESV,SV以及LVEF值间差异均无统计学意义(JP〉0.05)。相关分析显示ESV和EF的相关性较高r值分别为0.81,0.76),EDV和SV相关性中等(r值分别为0.67,0.61)。EDV,SV和EF均值Echo〉cMRI,ESV均值Echo稍小于cMRI。结论对左心室功能评估,Echo双平面法与cMRI有很好的相关性,均具有可靠的临床价值,针对两者特点适当选择可互为补充。
Objective To assess the application of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(cMRI) and echocardiography(Echo) in evaluating the left ventricular function.Methods Twenty patients of coronary artery disease received cMRI and Echo examination. For cMRI, end-diastolic volume(EDV), end-systolic volume(ESV) were calculated on the basis of the Simpson rule, the percentage of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was calculated by using the heart function analysis software(MASS V4.2). For Echo ,EDV ESV SV and LVEF was calculated by using Biplane Simpson, s formula.Result There was no significant difference among the measurements for cMRI and Echo of the ventricular function parameters.cMRI and Echo had strong correlation for LVEF(r=0.76) and ESV(r=0.81),and moderate correlation for SV(r=0.61) and EDV(r=0.67).Conelusion Good correlation was found in all parameters between cMRI and Echo in left ventricular function measurement. Both cMRI and Echo are of great diagnostic value in evaluating cardiac function.
