摘要
基于知识视角,团队知识整合过程可视为团队知识运作过程,可划分为贡献知识和组合知识两个阶段,以推动知识整合的理论研究。在此基础上,把影响团队知识整合的关键因素分为团队环境和组合能力两个方面,并认为它们分别对贡献知识和组合知识起关键作用。指出只有团队环境和组合能力搭配良好的团队知识整合才能获得成功,针对知识整合过程不同阶段存在的问题,管理策略应是不同的。
From knowledge-based perspective, the paper views team knowledge integration as knowledge operation process, divides knowledge integration into two phases:knowledge donating and knowledge combining, and divides the key influencing factors into team environment and combination capability. We propose that team environment is very important to knowledge donating, and combination capability is crucial to knowledge combining. It implies that only has the good fit between team environment and combination capability, knowledge integration can success. Moreover, to those two conditions, the tactics of management should be different.
