摘要
在综合国内外组织学习模型的基础上,采用仿真树形式创新地提出了一个动态平衡的组织学习树模型。从一个生态树生存发展的全过程介绍组织学习树的生存要素、特点、意义以及组织学习树模式在现实操作环境中的运行流程和实施措施。该模式为组织学习的全面发展、为养成良好的组织学习习惯、提高组织学习能力打下坚实的基础,并为适合特定组织发展的学习型组织打开了一扇窗。
Based on the comprehensive domestic and international organization study model creatively the author puts forward a dynamic equilibrium tree model which adoption imitate true tree for the organization learning. From the whole development process of the ecosystem tree, the author introduces the main factor of existence, characteristics, meaning, and operation and implement measure under the reality environment. That tree mode can lay solid foundation for the development of organization learning, forminhg good study habit, raisog ability of the organization learning, and opening a window for the particular organization to carry the organization learning.
