摘要
分析专利情报与企业专利战略的动态关系,阐释企业专利情报战略概念及其内涵。在此基础上,深入剖析企业专利情报战略的基本构成要素,构建企业专利情报战略体系的三维结构模型,并阐明其内在作用机理。
Based on analyzing the dynamic relationship between patent intelligence and enterprise patent strategy, the paper defines the concept of enterprise patent intelligence strategy and elaborates its connotation. Then, it dissects the basic composed factors of enterprise patent intelligence strategy deeply, focuses in constructing a three-dimensional construction model of enterprise patent intelligence strategy system and elaborating its internal action mechanism further.
